A man in China, was arrested after he poured acid on the face of his former girlfriend.

The man is accused of pouring sulfuric acid into the face of his former girlfriend in an attempt to deform her so that he can have her back.

The suspect, who was identified as Wang, allegedly admitted to splashing the acid on the woman’s face after she broke up with him.

He thought that if the woman would be disfigured other men would reject her and she would be forced to return to him.

The victim, who was identified as Zhang, suffered second degree chemical burns to her right eye and was left badly scarred.

Wang had proposed to Zhang, but she turned him down. When she finally left him he began planning violent attacks aimed to disfigure the woman.

A few months ago, the man allegedly hired a man to pour boiling water on Zhang’s face, and when that failed, he decided to pour acid on her.

His plan failed as the woman vowed never to get back with him.
