A student is angry after being kicked out from school for selling a can of Pepsi to a classmate.
17-year-old Keenan Shaw of Canada, a 12th grade student in Lethbridge, Alberta, was suspended last week.
Shaw was suspended for two days by the Winston Churchill High School.
Shaw said that he was told the sales of soda violate nutrition and marketing policies, and that he was operating a business without a license.
Shaw is in a state of disbelief as the school did nothing to other students who are selling drugs, cigarettes and acid. Shaw said that he was told that he will be expelled from school if he sells another soda.
The teen decided to sell soda after the school cafeteria only sold diet soda. He went to the store and bought a case of regular Pepsi. He drank one can and sold the rest.
