(Scroll down for video) A mother of New York, was arrested after being accused of killing her 8-year-old son.

The pharmaceutical executive allegedly pumped a deadly dose of 11 drugs into his system, an expert testified in court.

The child, Jude Mirra, who is autistic, was found dead next to 54-year-old Gigi Jordan.

The overdose of drugs was found in the child’s system when his body was examined by a pathologist the day after he died at a $2,300-per-night room in the Peninsula Hotel of Manhattan.

Dr. Edward Barbieri, a toxicologist, testified in the Manhattan Supreme Court, that the boy’s body would have shut down within “minutes or hours” of being force fed the drugs.

Jordan allegedly crushed many pills and mixed them into orange juice and vodka, before feeding it to her son through his mouth with a syringe.

Mirra’s blood had more than 20 times the “therapeutic” amount of Clonidine, a blood pressure and ADD drug, and 15 times the amount of Ambien that would have been used for legitimate reasons.
Benadryl, Prozac and Celebrex were also found in his system. Defense attorney Allan Brenner said that the mother believed she was relieving her son from his misery, and killed him out of love and devotion.

She believes that she brought him the peace, which she couldn’t bring him during his life.
