(Scroll down for video) A man was killed by his friend and partner in crime after burglarizing several homes.
Deputies in South Carolina, responded to a shooting and found 41-year-old Steven Lee Boone dead.
Lexington County deputies have arrested the suspect, who shot Boone in a dispute over stolen property. Anthony Wayne Jeffcoat, 46, is charged with murder in the death of Boone.
Witnesses told deputies that the two had an argument in a shed where Jeffcoat had been living temporarily.
Deputies said that Jeffcoat shot Boone in the upper chest with a weapon that the two men had recently stolen from a theft. Boone died at the scene.
Jeffcoat then drove away from the area, leaving his friend to die. He later made arrangements to surrender to police.
