A hypnotist was arrested, charged and convicted of sex crimes after hypnotizing his female patient and using her as a sex slave, prosecutors in the United Kingdom said.
Now, 40-year-old Timothy Porter of Ouseburn Road, Blackburn, was to serve 18 months behind bars.
Porter pleaded guilty to causing a person to engage in sexual activity without consent. According to the police investigation, the victim came to Porter to help her lose weight and treat her anxiety problems.
However, Porter took advantage of her and made the woman touch her chest for him. After a series of sessions, Porter came to the victim’s house when her husband was not at home.
One time, Porter told the victim that he was her master and she was his sex slave. After she woke up from her hypnosis, the woman went to the kitchen.
The victim called a friend, who called police.
In addition to the 18-month prison sentence, Porter was placed on the sex offenders register for 10 years and was banned from practicing hypnosis for 10 years.
