(Scroll down for video) A soon to be police officer in Pennsylvania, was arrested before being sworn into duty for a number of crimes.

The Pittsburgh police recruit was suspended after being accused of providing alcohol to a student in exchange for sex.

He was further charged with intimidating a witness in the case.

According to the criminal complaint, Cyrus Sukhadia, 21, picked up an 18-year-old woman from school on three different occasions.

He then bought alcohol for the teen and drove her to his home for sex. The woman told police that she knew Sukhadia was a recruit because she saw his gun and police vest in his closet.

The woman told police that Sukhadia knew she was only 18 years old, and was unable to buy alcohol for herself.

Sukhadia is accused of threatening the teen, saying that if she ever went to the police he would “plant enough cocaine on her to put her in prison for 20 years.”
