(Scroll down for video) Skinny mutilated animals are being dragged around the streets of China.

Animal rights activists are warning people not to give money to beggars, asking for money to help care for their mutilated animals.

The Animal rights groups said that the beggars are torturing camels by cutting off their hooves and taking the animals on the streets, receiving sympathy and cash from people.

Seeing people without limbs begging for money, no longer gets people’s attention.

Now, two beggars were photographed with a mutilated camel in Fuzhou, Fujian. Sadly, police have confirmed that people are mutilating animals as a shock tactic.

Police said that they cannot take any legal action against the beggars because they had not violated any law.

The beggars claim that they rescued the camels after they were hit by a train. They denied mutilating the animals, saying that they had taken on the responsibility of caring for the animals and they need money for food.

In the video below, a man in China, is seen using a camel to solicit donations from store owners and customers.
