(Scroll down for video) A woman was ordered to sleep in a train station.
The woman in Italy, was arrested after she had several run-ins with police.
A court ordered a curfew for the woman. She was ordered to spend her nights at a train station in the city, because that was the address she gave the court.
The 38-year-old woman, who was identified only as Laura, is homeless and was seen regularly sleeping in the lobby of the Trastevere railway station in central Rome.
When she asked to give her address to authorities after a series of clashes with the police, the train station was the first place that came to her mind.
As a result, Laura must now spend her nights in the station under “special surveillance” from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Any attempt to go beyond the limits of the station could result in her immediate arrest.
The train station staff were not as impressed. When staff approached the woman and asked her to leave, the woman pulled a court order requiring her to stay inside the station for the night.
