Aunt commits suicide after doctors find 12 sewing needles in baby’s body

A couple was shocked to discover that their daughter was being abused by having needles stuck inside her.

The parents of China, went to the hospital after their daughter exhibited extreme stomach pains and she had red marks.

X-rays were taken at the hospital in Liaocheng City, Shandong, and doctors found 12 steel sewing needles inside her body.

Fan Zixuan, the mother of the 11-month-old girl, said that she and her husband are clueless as to who abused their daughter and pushed the needles into her.

Upon the advice of doctors, the mother called police to investigate the child abuse. Doctors interviewed family members and a neighbor, who cared for the girl while her parents were at work.

Police questioned the baby’s aunt, 26-year-old Liu Hongyun, who is a mother of a nine-month-old baby.

After police left, Liu reportedly consumed a lethal amount of pesticide. She was rushed to a hospital, but doctors were unable to save her.
