(Scroll down for video) Two police officers were suspended without pay after one of them was seen on video kicking an innocent man in the face, police in Hawaii said.

Now, the video was released, showing the Honolulu police officer assaulting two innocent people in a game room.

Officer Vince Morre was identified as the officer, who was seen kicking the 25-year-old man in the face. Morre was accompanied by Officer Nelson Tamayori, as they entered the game room to look for a suspect.

The officers went to the back, and when they did not find the man they were looking for, they headed for the door. Officer Tamayori went out the door, but Officer Morre stopped and attacked the two men.

Neither man responded to the officer, but Morre slapped hit, kicked and threw a chair into one of the men. The FBI is investigating the incident on charges of civil rights violations.

The Honolulu Police Chief said that the conduct of the officers were unacceptable. The two officers were suspended without pay.

The 25-year-old victim went to a hospital right after the beating. He had to have staples in his head and suffered a broken bone in his hand.
