(Scroll down for video) A drunk man was arrested on charges of drunk driving after allegedly slamming his car into a bar before ordering drinks, police in Pennsylvania said.
The Pittsburgh Police Department said that 36-year-old Gordon Milligan of Pulaski Township, was arrested Sunday, after driving drunk right into the local bar.
Wooley Bulley’s Bar shook when the vehicle slammed into the building, witnesses at the scene said. The bar owner said that he ran after Milligan, and tried to detain him until police officers arrived.
Milligan kept asking for a drink. After a few minutes, Milligan went back to his car and crashed it into a fence of the New Brighton High School.
Police said that while in a patrol car, Milligan kicked the rear window. He is accused kicking an officer in the chest.
Milligan was charged with aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, resisting arrest and driving under the influence of alcohol.
He was booked into the Beaver County Jail, and his bail was set at $15,000.
