Man sexually assaults numerous women on city buses

A man was arrested on charges of sexual assault after allegedly sexually assaulting numerous women on city buses, police in Canada said.

The Toronto Police Department said that they arrested 36-year-old Sean Stewart on Thursday, after being accused of sexually assaulting women on Toronto city buses.

According to the police investigation, Stewart sexually assaulted a 21-year-old woman on a Toronto Transit Commision (TTC) bus.

In another incident, Stewart sexually assaulted a 25-year-old woman on a TTC bus. In a third incident, Stewart sexually assaulted a 20-year-old woman on a TTC bus.

In a fourth incident, Stewart sexually assaulted an 18-year-old woman on a TTC bus. Stewart frequently took TTC buses from north Etobicoke to Kipling Station, during the morning rush hour.

All the women were unknown to Stewart. Stewart of Brampton, was arrested and charged with four counts of sexual assault. Police believe that there may be more victims.
