A man of the Czech Republic, who wanted to buy some bread at his local supermarket, was horrified to see a mouse eating from the fresh loaves, according to a video uploaded to the Internet.

45-year-old Pavel Kudlik of Ostrava, quickly took out his cell phone to record the rodent that ran around in the bread display.

“I bought some meat and cheese, and I was eager to slap the food into a bun. When I got to the bread section I saw this small rodent on the bread rolls. It was disgusting,” Kudlik said.

The incident unfolded at the Kaufland shopping center. Kudlik uploaded the video to the Internet, where it quickly went viral. In October, a man freaked out after finding a dead mouse inside his empty cup of coffee he bought at McDonald’s.

Ron Morais of Fredericton, Canada, said that he made the shocking discovery after finishing the cup of coffee he bought on his way to work.

For the last sip, Morais took off the plastic lid. That is when he found the dead mouse. Morais showed the cup and mouse to some of his coworkers.

Morais said that the idea of drinking a whole cup of coffee with a mouse in it made him feel sick.

Jason Patuano, communications manager of McDonald’s, issued a corporate statement, emphasizing the seriousness of the incident.

“We take complaints involving cleanliness and sanitation very seriously,” the statement read.

“Upon learning of this situation, the local franchisee immediately began an investigation, including working closely with the local public health authority that conducted an inspection on Tuesday, after receiving a complaint,” the statement continued.

McDonald’s Canada also said that a pest control company found no evidence of any rodent problem in the building. “I wonder how the mouse got into the coffee cup,” Morais said.

He also wants a guarantee that this does not happen to anyone else.
