Woman knocks out bartender’s false teeth after accusing her of sleeping with her husband

A woman was arrested on charges of assault after allegedly punching a bartender in the face and knocking out her false teeth, police in Massachusetts said.

Oxford Police said that they arrested 46-year-old Caterina Froio-Chaput, after the incident that unfolded at the American Legion Post 58.

According to the police investigation, Froio-Chaput came to the bar to confront 47-year-old Susan Carlson, after she accused her of fooling around with her husband.

After being told to leave, Froio-Chaput, who is a mother of three children, knocked out the bartender’s false teeth and threw a beer bottle at her.

Police officers who arrived at the scene, said that the suspect initially denied taking the dentures, but they were later found in Froio-Chaput’s vest pocket.

Froio-Chaput was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Carlson said that she wears a brace with false bottom teeth after losing some in a car accident when she was younger.

The suspect’s husband, Ernest Chaput, denied having an affair with Carlson, saying that he loves his wife.
