(Scroll down for video) A woman was in court in support of her three teenage sons, who were all charged with murder in two separate incidents.
Nathan Curry, 17, and his brother Benjamin Curry, 16, of Florida, were arrested and charged with first-degree murder as adults.
The Curry brothers are accused of killing Lonnie Reese, because they believed he had stolen an AK-47 assault rifle from their mother.
Police said that at first, the brothers argued with Reese, but when the victim walked away, Nathan Curry told his brother to go after him.
According to police, Benjamin Curry pulled a gun from his waistband and shot Reese several times in the chest and back.
Reese was rushed to a hospital, but died several days later.
The two teenage brothers are not the only members of the family accused of murder. Their 18-year-old brother, Christopher Curry, was arrested last year in Orlando, in connection to a murder case in South Florida.
After showing her support for her three sons accused of murder, the mother left the court without saying anything.
