Four people were arrested for conspiring to rape a woman while she was drunk.

A school teacher was raped by two men on a park bench after she fell asleep in a cab and was taken to the park rather than her home, a court in the United Kingdom heard.

The woman had passed out after drinking at a birthday party and took the cab to get home. However, when she woke up, she found herself being raped.

It was alleged that the taxi driver, Tamseel Virk, 42, drove the woman to the park so that his uncle, nephew and another man can rape her.

Police arrested the taxi driver along with his uncle, Azad Raja, 38, his nephew, Wakar Akhtar, 21, and Najeem Ul-Saeed, 31, all of Bradford, West Yorkshire.

Prosecutor Andrew Kershaw told jurors that Virk picked up the woman shortly before midnight. He did not report the call to the dispatcher because he had found a vulnerable woman, who could be sexually exploited.

The prosecutor said that she woke up while Raja was having sex with her. Akhtar allegedly told her that he already had sex with her.

He also alleged that Ul-Saeed turned up “too late to physically join in the rape. Kershaw said that the DNA evidence supports the claim that both men had sex with the woman.
