Thugs attempted to punish a man for urinating on their property.

However, rather than shooting the man, they killed his mother.

Tshidiso Tsiloane, 27, of South Africa, desperately needed to use the bathroom.

When he could not keep it in any longer, he leaned against a fence and relieved himself.

Although he knew it was wrong, Tsiloane never thought it would cost his mother’s life.

Tsiloane said that as he was relieving himself, a taxi stopped next to him, and the driver and three men got out.

“The men seemed drunk. They asked me why I was peeing there and accused me of being disrespectful,” Tsiloane said.

One of the men pulled a gun, pointed it at his privates and threatened to shoot him. Tshidiso ran as fast as his legs could carry him and managed to reach his home in Gauteng.

However, the gunmen followed him and started banging on the door. His mother opened the door and asked what they wanted. The men said they were looking for her son.

“She asked them what they wanted and they said that they wanted to teach me a lesson,” Tsiloane said. Then the man with the gun started shooting.

“My mother fell to the ground. My friend was shot in the foot. The men jumped into the taxi and took off,” Tsiloane said.

Alina Tsiloane, 49, was shot in the chest. She succumbed to her injuries and was pronounced dead.

His friend was rushed to a hospital and was treated for a gunshot wound.

One suspect was arrested after the community came forward with information. The 27-year-old suspect was arrested and faces a murder charge. He is being held without bail.

The police are looking for three other suspects.
