A man was arrested on charges of drug possession after allegedly wearing a bra while preventing bank customers from accessing an ATM, police in Florida said.

Fort Pierce Police said that officers who arrived at the scene, saw the suspect causing a disturbance in front of the BB&T bank located on the 1000 block of Virginia Avenue.

33-year-old Gregory Herndon, who arrived in front of the bank branch with a bike, was ordered by officers to empty his pockets.

Herndon, who was wearing a bra, was in possession of women’s underwear, a crack pipe, two needles for drug use and a bottle of pills.

Herndon of the 3200 block of South U.S. 1, faces charges of possession of drug equipment and resisting arrest without violence. His bail was set at $15,500.

This is not the first time that Herndon was in trouble with police.

He was arrested on charges of manufacturing methamphetamine at his home and trying to flee from police after being caught purchasing cocaine.
