(Scroll down for video) A lawyer in Ohio, is under fire after being accused of having sex with clients without their consent, the Lorain County Bar Association claimed in court documents.

Officials asked a judge to suspend the law license of Michael W. Fine, because he represents a substantial threat of serious harm to the public.

Fine, who has been practicing law for more than 30 years, allegedly exploited two women who had hired him to represent them in domestic relations cases.

One of the victims, identified only as Jane Doe 1, said that she hired Fine for $1,500 to help her resolve a custody dispute.

After a series of meetings with Fine in his office, Doe 1 began to notice that her private parts were wet, her bra was disheveled and she did not remember what happened during the meetings.

The woman went to the police in Sheffield, and reported what was happening, but no charges have been filed. The woman told investigators that she had never agreed to participate in any sexual activity or conversation with Fine.

A second woman, identified as Jane Doe 2, has also accused Fine of trying to hypnotize her after she hired him to help her with a divorce.

During her meetings with Fine, he made comments about her appearance, and suggested that she remove her coat and sweater.

Doe 2 complained that she couldn’t account for lost time during the meetings, and she thought that Fine was trying to hypnotize her.
