A man who parked his plane outside a bar in order to buy some drinks, was charged with endangering life, police in Australia said.
Now, the 37-year-old man of Pilbara, was ordered to pay a fine of $5,000.
Prosecutors said that Anthony Philip Whiteway, was charged with committing an act likely to endanger the life, health or safety of a person when he stood before the Newman Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday.
According to the police investigation, the suspect parked the plane outside the pub, and it had its propeller in motion while he entered the pub to buy some drinks.
Children were returning home from school at the time of the incident. Whiteway who does not have a pilot’s license, said that he will not do such a thing again.
