(Scroll down for video) A father wanted justice for his young daughter who was killed by a speeding driver.
However, a judge allowed the killer to walk free from court.
The incident began in Holland, where a driver killed a two-year-old girl and her grandparents.
The suspect was speeding at the time of the incident, police said.
At sentencing, the devastated father threw a chair at the judge after she handed down a “lenient” sentence.
According to the police investigation, the driver ran off the road in the Netherlands, killing the girl and her 67 and 64-year-old grandparents. The driver was traveling at 75 miles per hour in a 50 mile per hour zone.
When he appeared in court, the driver was only given 120 hours of community service or 60 days jail.
In the video below, the devastated father is seen throwing the chair towards the judge and then stormed out of court in the city of Roermond.
According to witnesses in court, the driver never showed remorse and never apologized for killing the three people.
Dutch Parliament Member Joram Van Klaveren reportedly called the sentence “absurdly low,” and is asking authorities to review the case.
