The suspect then ran off with the victim’s mobile phone that he stole from her during the sexual assault. The suspect is described as a black man, about 33 years old, and about 5 feet 10 inches tall.

He spoke with an English accent. He wore a black beanie hat, a black woolen jacket and blue jeans.
