(Scroll down for video) Three men made a daring escape from a prison in Canada.

Now, police have released the video of the moment the helicopter landed and the three men escaped.

This video shows the group of gangsters making their well planned out escape from prison using a helicopter which landed in the courtyard of the prison.

Police said that Yves Denis, 35, Serge Pomerleau, 49, and Denis Lefebvre, 53, escaped from prison in Quebec, but were found two weeks later on the tenth floor of a luxury condominium in the Old Port district of Montreal.

The surveillance video was shown in the Superior Court of Quebec this week.

Two of the prisoners were seen in the courtyard of the Orsainville Detention Centre, before a helicopter was seen landing and escorting them away.

The brazen escape happened about 7:45 p.m., and led to an international search. The Ministry of Public Security announced no fly zones over three detention centers in the province as an increased security measure.

After more than two weeks on the run, a heavily armed SWAT team stormed a luxury condominium and the men were captured.

The three men were originally arrested as part of drug bust operation, which dismantled a network of drug dealers.

The escape took place while the men were on trial.
They were later convicted of drug trafficking, conspiracy and gangsterism.

Now, they are facing another trial on charges of jailbreak and escaping legal custody.
