A man was arrested on charges of voyeurism after allegedly placing a hidden video camera in the shower of his former girlfriend, police in Montana said.
Yellowstone County Police said that they arrested 41-year-old Terrill Frank Stoltz, after his former girlfriend found the camera in a hole in the shower.
Stoltz sent a text to his girlfriend, claiming that he had installed the camera the day before to see the chickens he had left in the tub.
If convicted, Stoltz faces up to six months in jail and a fine of up to $500.
Stoltz faces a separate charge of criminal conduct for damaging a hot water heater while cutting a hole in the shower.
The woman was also granted an order of protection against her boyfriend.
The woman told investigators that she had been out of town visiting family, and upon her return she noticed a small hole in the shower.
