(Scroll down for video) Police in Wisconsin, are investigating the death of a good-looking and talented woman.
Brooke Baures, a member of the Winona State University gymnastics team, was found dead on Monday night.
Police were called to the WingDam Saloon and Grill in Fountain City about 8:00 p.m., when a worker discovered the body of the young college student.
Baures, 21, was an employee at the restaurant and was working at the time of the accident. In addition to her gymnastics, Baures was a senior, majoring in social work at the university.
Fountain City Police Chief Jason Mork said that the food elevator – which is known as a dumbwaiter – had an opening about 3 feet by 3 feet and is meant to transfer food between the first and second floors.
Investigators are still trying to figure out exactly how she ended up inside the food elevator. So far, police said that they do not suspect criminal activity.
