(Scroll down for video) A woman who was arrested for raping a 16-year-old boy is likely the victim of a rape.
The incident began when Delisha Barg, was arrested for having sex with the 16-year-old boy. However, she was possibly the one who was exploited.
Police in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, said that they arrested the 34-year-old woman after investigators said that she had sex with the boy while she was drunk.
Deputies charged her with carnal knowledge of a juvenile. Investigators said that the boy’s parents contacted them about the incident.
During an interview, the teen told detectives that Barg was an acquaintance of his mother. He meet the woman, who was very drunk, and helped her walk home.
He said that Barg came on to him, asked him to take her to her room and help her undress. The boy said she kissed him, and after he got her undressed, the two then had sex.
He told deputies that he left the home when Barg’s son woke up and started banging on his door to find out what was going on.
Barg was arrested, but did not have any recollection of the incident. She insisted that she does not even remember the teen being at her home.
Barg was booked into jail on the carnal knowledge charge as well as an open warrant for a seat belt violation. She was later released after posting $10,000 bond.
Police are investigating the incident. They will have to figure out if the teen was raped while helping the woman or whether the teen took advantage of a drunk woman.
