An elderly man is dead after being struck by a car in the Borough Park section of Brooklyn, New York, according to rescue workers.

Brooklyn Police said that a 75-year-old man was crossing a street when he was struck and killed after a two-car crash on Thursday.

Xiaoci Hu was hit at 7:00 a.m., while crossing Seventh Avenue near 56th Street.

Investigators believe that a Toyota Camry slowed despite having a green light in order to let Hu cross the street.

However, a red Jeep Cherokee driving behind the 1995 Camry crashed into the back of it, causing the Camry to hit Hu.

Rescue workers took Hu to Lutheran Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.

Both drivers remained at the scene, and the investigation is ongoing, but so far, no arrests have been made.

New shaving cream with caffeine will get you going in the morning

By: Debbi Gross

Now, you can shave while having your caffeine.

A company has added caffeine to regular shaving cream.

The caffeine is absorbed through the skin and boosts energy within five minutes of applying it.

A bottle of 85 grams of the cream contains about 50 mg of caffeine, which is about the same level as a carbonated beverage like Coca Cola.

This shaving cream also helps reduce the redness and spots on the skin.

The shaving cream with caffeine was invented by Stan Ades, 43, of San Francisco, California, after he saw the gap in the market.

"There has been a lot of innovation in the razors and shavers market, but not for shaving creams,” Ades said.

"I saw that there was a gap in the market, and I know that caffeine is a vasoconstrictor and an antioxidant that helps reduce redness. It also keeps skin feeling healthy,” he added.

Ades discussed his idea with a chemist, and together they made the perfect blend of shaving cream with caffeine, which gives you an energy boost while it rejuvenates the skin.

Although the shaving cream is made from coffee beans, it does not smell of coffee, but instead, has a smell of peppermint oil.

A 6-year-old boy of Hosbach, Germany, became bored during a family party, so he went to play in his parents’ room.

In the room, he found some interesting looking toys, which were actually his parents’ sex toys.

Being curious by nature, the child took the “bag of toys” and decided to play with them.

The 6-year-old played with a pair of furry handcuffs and managed to put it on his hands.

When the boy realized that he could not get them off, he went downstairs and showed it to his parents in front of the guests.

However, his parents could not find the key to the locked handcuffs.

The parents were left red-faced after the child had to be cut free from the pair of furry handcuffs by police.

The child was taken by his grandmother and his mother to the local police station in Aschaffenburg-Hosbach, where officers were able to free him.

(Scroll down for video) A family spoke out of the racial discrimination they suffered at the hands of a manager at the Wild Wing cafe.

Michael Brown said that he was holding a goodbye party for his cousins before he was leaving Charleston, South Carolina.

The family of 25 people decided to go to the Wild Wing Cafe.

However, after the group waited two hours for a table, the shift manager told them she had a "situation.”

She then told the group that one of their white female customers felt threatened by the group of black people.

“The white woman told the manager not to sit the black people in her section of the restaurant because she felt “threatened by the black people,” Brown explained.

The group was horrified as they had spent two hours waiting peacefully. They had not done anything that would cause anyone to fear them.

The conversation between the group and the shift manager was so shocking, disturbing and discriminating, that one person of the group began recording the conversation.

Brown said that when the manager saw she was being recorded, she refused to seat them and ordered them to leave the restaurant.

Brown tried to contact the company headquarters, but no one returned his call, so he took to social media.

That got the attention of the restaurant’s owners.

The company apologized, and the entire group was offered a free meal.

However, the family is not satisfied. “It is not about a free meal it is deeper than that,” Brown said.

The family was discriminated against for no other reason than the color of their skin, and that is totally unacceptable.

When Carmen Reategui was arrested for drunk driving on Monday at 1:45 a.m., in Readington Township, New Jersey, she called one of her friends for a ride home.

Nina Petracca agreed to come get her. When Petracca arrived, officer Peter Serrone noticed that she displayed signs of being intoxicated, so he gave her a sobriety test, and she failed.

Petracca was charged with a DUI, possession of Vicodin and driving while under the influence.

Matters only got worse for the friends when they called another friend, Ryan Hogan, to pick them up.

When Hogan arrived at the station, Sergeant Carlos Ferreiro asked him how he came there, and he said he was driving.

Hogan, who also showed signs that he had been drinking, was given a sobriety test and he failed as well.

Hogan was charged with driving while intoxicated, joining Reategui Carmen and Nina Petracca in police custody.

Reategui Carmen, Nina Petracca, and Ryan Hogan, were later released to a sober adult.

They are set to appear in court on a later date.

(Scroll down for video) A Pennsylvania mother of three lost her arm after a disorderly conduct charge.

Pittsburgh Police officers burst into the house of Amy Needham, 35, to execute an arrest warrant after she failed to appear in court.

Five sheriff's deputies were at the house when Needham asked to go to the bathroom before they took her to the police station, but officers refused to allow her to do so.

They tasered Needham, grabbed her and put her in their vehicle.

“I think that the handcuffs were too tight," her lawyer Marvin Leibowitz said.

When the woman reached jail her hand hurt badly. She repeatedly asked to be seen by a doctor, but was refused care.

The tight handcuffs caused the woman to suffer from compartment syndrome, which can lead to muscle and nerve damage, and problems with blood flow.

“She developed a septic shock. Doctors had to remove her arm to prevent her from dying,” Leibowitz said.

Now, the woman has filed a lawsuit. She is seeking $75,000 in damages.

Before this incident, Needham, who has three children between the ages of 5 and 9, worked at a restaurant.

With her prosthetic arm, it will be much harder for her to find a job to support her family.

A woman learned the hard way not to mess with another man’s woman, according to hospital officials in Massachusetts.

Dorchester Police said that the toe of a woman was bitten off during a fight at a loud party.

At 5:00 a.m. on Wednesday, police officers received a call from the Boston Medical Center. Doctors reported that they were treating a patient, who was assaulted.

The victim, whose name was not disclosed, was attending a friend's party when a fight broke out around 3:00 a.m., Nicole Grant, a spokesperson for the Boston Police, said.

The fight started after the victim approached a woman at the party and asked if she would like to "hook up."

The woman then told the host of the party what happened. Her friend did not believe the story and accused her of ruining the party.

The host then attacked her, beating her until other guests separated them.

The host grabbed her belongings and threw her out of the home. Once outside, the fight continued.

The two women fell to the ground, with the victim on top of her friend. They fought until they were separated again. That is when the host grabbed the victim's left foot and bit off her little finger.

Another friend took the victim to Boston Medical Center. The victim also suffered from scratches to her forehead, neck and chest.
