4 Arab men beat Hasidic man on Paris train in unprovoked attack

A Hasidic man was beaten by four Arab man while traveling on a train in an unprovoked attack, police in France said.

Paris Police said that the 28-year-old Chabad man was traveling from Nogent Sur Marne to the Gare de Lyon in Paris on Sunday, when he was attacked.

The victim, identified only as A. Levy, suffered some injuries after the attackers held him down and beat his face. The suspects were shouting “Jews” before attacking Levy.

The suspects stopped attacking Levy after one of them saw police officers coming to the scene. Levy stayed on the train and filed a complaint with the police for aggravated assault.

Earlier this month, a yeshiva student was hospitalized after he suffered stab wounds, according to police reports in Ukraine.

Kiev Police said that the ultra-Orthodox Jewish man was stabbed after coming under an anti-Semitic attack by three assailants on Friday Night.

It all began when Dov Bear Glickman was walking home after eating dinner at the synagogue. Glickman suddenly realized that he is being followed by four assailants. Glickman's home is located a few blocks from the synagogue.

The four suspects began beating him while yelling anti-Jewish epithets.

The victim began screaming for help and the four suspects fled from the scene. Glickman managed to make his way back to the synagogue where he collapsed.

A security guard at the synagogue called an ambulance that took him to the hospital. Glickman suffered from ruptured artery, and he underwent emergency surgery.

Police launched an investigation, and so far, one suspect has been arrested.

Ukraine drafts yeshiva students into army as it faces threat from Russia

Several ultra-Orthodox Jewish yeshiva students reported that they received official orders to enlist in the military as Ukraine mobilizes to fend off a threat from Russia.

According to the Chief Rabbi of Ukraine and Chabad rabbi Moshe Reuven Azman, the situation is very serious.

Azman said that "we are at the brink of war," and that the situation is worsening. The rabbis confirmed that their yeshiva students are receiving notices from the Ukrainian army.

One yeshiva student said that students will need to flee to Israel, as it is not possible to stay religious in the Ukrainian military. The is no kosher food and Shabbat is a day dedicated to cleaning.

Residents are still able to leave Ukraine with commercial airlines as most airports remain open. However, that could change at any moment.

Israeli Arab sheikh sentenced to 8 months in jail after calling on Muslims to riot

An Israeli Arab sheikh was arrested, charged and convicted of inciting violence after calling on Muslims to riot, prosecutors in Israel said.

Now, the sheikh was sentenced to 8 months in jail.

Raed Salah, the leader of a radical Islamic wing, was convicted after encouraging all Muslims and Arabs to initiate an intifada. In addition to the sentence of eight months in jail, Salah will serve an additional eight months if he commits another crime within three years.

In 2011, he was arrested at the Allenby border crossing between Israel and Jordan, after hitting a member of the security forces who wanted to question his wife. Last year, he spent five months behind bars for spitting at an Israeli police officer.
Last week, three Arab stone throwers were arrested after allegedly wounding several police officers, Israel Police said.

Jerusalem Police said that three demonstrators threw stones at police during Friday clashes in the East Jerusalem neighborhood of Ras al-Amud.

The fresh clashes broke out just three days after police clashed with stone-throwing Arabs outside the al-Aqsa mosque. The suspects will be brought before the Jerusalem Magistrate's Court for bail hearings, while charges are still pending.

Arabs cut gas lines in Jerusalem in attempted terrorist attack

Israel Police said that a disaster was averted after firefighters put their lives on the line to repair cut gas lines, the Tazpit News Agency reported.

Firefighters evacuated dozens of residents from three buildings in the Armon Hanatziv neighborhood in Jerusalem, after two gas lines in the vicinity were severed.

A burning candle and other flammable materials were discovered near one of the cut lines. Police now believe the lines were intentionally cut in an attempted terror attack.

Experts on the scene detected combustive levels of gas. The gas lines were shut down and the buildings were ventilated.

The police are currently investigating the incident, with leads to the adjacent Arab neighborhood of Jabel Mukaber.

A Jerusalem Fire Department spokesperson stated that the firefighters' quick action and decisiveness prevent a large scale disaster. "They prevented a tragedy while putting themselves in great personal danger," he said.

Two months ago, a couple and their infant were killed in a gas leak blast in the Jerusalem neighborhood of Giloh. Another 11 were wounded, including one critically.

A month ago, a building collapsed in Acre, as a result of sabotaged gas lines in the building, killing five.

The incident began when Meagan Simmons was charged with driving under the influence in Hillsborough County.

At that time, many people said that Simmons was the hottest looking criminal of all time. However, the mother of four children, became angry when a background check company used her mug shot in advertisements.

That is when Simmons decided to file a lawsuit against Instant Checkmate, claiming that they violated Florida law. The company however, will claim that the image is a public record.

Simmons claims in the lawsuit that the exposure has disturbed her peace of mind, invaded her privacy and caused her mental anguish.

Biological sister and brother face incest charges after they were caught making out in jail cell

Police officers in Texas, caught two siblings making out in a jail cell.

The incident began when police were called to investigate a petty theft crime.

However, the charges increased rapidly. Officers added charges of methamphetamine and incest after Charlene Ellet, 25, and her brother, Cameron Beck, 26, were caught kissing in jail.

According to the Sheriff's Office of Montgomery County, Ellet was arrested for stealing at Walmart. When officers searched their car they found evidence of drugs, which belonged to the brother.

While deputies worked to complete the documentation required for the booking process, Ellet and Beck were caught kissing on the mouth through the bars of their prison cells. A deputy who saw the couple kissing, separated them and interviewed them individually.

Ellet told officers that she and Beck share the same mother, but have different fathers, and that she had been adopted. She told police that since she met her brother they began living together with her ​​twin daughters at a motel.

She also admitted to being involved in a sexual relationship with her brother ever since. Ellet was also issued a summons for stealing less than $50 - and Beck was charged with possession of a controlled substance in addition to their charge of prohibited sexual conduct.

Ellet’s two-year-old twin girls were released to a family member.

Twin sisters killed in car accidents on same road 18 years apart

(Scroll down for video) A family in Indiana, relived a nightmare after their two daughters were killed in car accidents on the same road,18 years apart.

Sarah Sanaghan, a 29-year-old single mother of an 11-year-old boy, was tragically killed in a car crash just 500 feet from where her twin sister died in a hit and run, 18 years ago.

Sanaghan died early Thursday morning, when she pulled in front of a semi-tanker truck on a highway near Crete.

The truck hit the passenger side of her Chevrolet Cruze around 5:40 a.m., and Sanaghan, who worked as a nurse, was pronounced dead at a hospital in Dyer, of blunt force trauma to the head.

Sadly, the fatal accident took place just steps away from where her twin sister, Cari Sanaghan, and two friends, were killed on May 26, 1996. Sarah Sanaghan witnessed that accident.

The accident happened when the twins were 11 years old. They had a sleepover at their home, and during the night, the girls sneaked out of the house and were killed while trying to cross the road.

Cari and her friends Courtney Lauer, 11, and Sheena Acres, 12, were killed. The driver of the car was later identified as Richard Devon. He lived three hours away from the girls.

Devon was charged and convicted of leaving the scene of an accident. He served just one year of his 2 1/2 year sentence. He got out early for good behavior.

Restaurant worker hailed as hero after grabbing boy from kidnapper

(Scroll down for video) A restaurant worker in California, was called a hero after he saved a 4-year-old boy from being kidnapped.

The incident began when a nanny was walking home from school with 4-year-old Grady O'Brien, and his 6-year-old brother Brendan O'Brien.

Suddenly, a man named Andron Gazarov, 33, of North Hollywood, walked up to the nanny, punched her in the face, grabbed the younger boy and ran off with him. Jesus Delgado, who works as a cook at T2 Tacos in Westchester, heard a woman and child screaming for help on the street.

Delgado responded immediately. He left his post near the grill and rushed out the door of the restaurant. There he met the frantic nanny, who pointed to a man who snatched the 4 year old from her.

Delgado ran two blocks and caught the kidnapper.

He was able to successfully rescue the child and held the kidnapper until police arrived. While he was standing face to face with the kidnapper, the man told Delgado that he should mind his own business.

“It's not your problem, man. It's not your problem. Leave me alone with the kid,” the kidnapper told Delgado.
“This is my problem. This is my problem, why did you take this boy?” He responded.

The family of Grady O'Brien is very grateful to Delgado for his quick actions. Tom O'Brien, the boys' father, thanked and hugged Delgado before handing him a check to help pay for medical care for his daughter who has a heart condition.

Gazarov has been charged with kidnapping, attempted kidnapping and assault. He is being held on $65,000 bail.

Parents lose $80,000 after their daughter publishes ‘suck it’ post on Facebook

(Scroll down for video) A couple is extremely distraught after their daughter’s “suck it” Facebook post cost them a hefty $80,000.

The incident began when Patrick Snay, 69, the former head of the Guillver Preparatory School, filed an age discrimination lawsuit after his contract was not renewed.

Eventually, the school and Snay reached an agreement in which Snay was to be paid $10,000 in back wages and a $80,000 settlement fee. Gulliver Schools also agreed to pay $60,000 for attorneys cost.

The settlement agreement had a confidentiality clause. Before Snay received his money, his daughter went on Facebook, to boast about the settlement.

“Mom and Dad won the case against Gulliver. Gulliver is now officially paying for my vacation to Europe this summer. SUCK IT,” Snay’s daughter wrote on Facebook, to her 1,200 followers.

Officials at the school quickly learned about the Facebook post, and they sent a letter to the attorneys stating that Snay had broken the confidentiality agreement. The agreement stated that neither Snay or his wife could talk about the deal to anyone except to lawyers and other professional advisers.

The school withheld all their payments.

Man who unexpectedly changed his business trip plans finds his wife in bed with his worker

A man who was supposed to go on a business trip, changed his plans at the last minute.

His wife, thinking her husband was out of town, cheated on him with a younger man.

The drama unfolded in Inyathi, Zimbabwe, on Tuesday, when the man reportedly caught his worker having sex with his wife. Lingane Moyo, 24, who was hired to care for the family’s animals, allegedly began having an affair with his owner’s 26-year-old wife Sandra Ndlovu.

As soon as Jeffrey Mlotshwa, 29, left his house to go on his business trip, the two began sleeping together. Mlotshwa, who was supposed to travel to Bulawayo, unexpectedly canceled the trip and returned home.

Upon arriving home, he was surprised to see his employee on top of his wife, and having sex with her. The man ordered his wife to leave his house and decided to divorce her.

“People may think I am overreacting and that I should forgive my wife, but enough is enough,” Mlotshwa said, indicating that his wife had cheated on him previously. The woman confirmed that their daughter had been thrown out of her matrimonial home by her husband, but refused to speak about her alleged cheating ways.

However, they said that they are in the process of trying to save the marriage.

8-year-old boy caught breaking into grandmother’s home and stealing electronics

A young boy was caught with stolen electronics, which he swiped from his grandmother’s home, police in Nigeria said.

Imo State Police said that the 8-year-old boy was caught trying to sell the stolen items, which he broke while it was in his possession.

The boy was identified as Obiefule Odigwe. His neighbors were shocked to learn that on Thursday night, he broke into his grandmother’s house and stole some small electronic items.

Police valued the stolen items at N70 ($0.50). The boy managed to steal a 9,000 watt capacity generator, a DVD player and an audio player.

All items were damaged before the boy took them to a local vendor to sell the electronics. The vendor became suspicious of the boy and notified the police.

Teen makes love to boiling ‘Hot Pockets’ and posts video online

It all began when the 18-year-old man promised to have sex with a Hot Pocket if he could get 420 retweets on Twitter.

After reaching 420 retweets, he uploaded a video on Vine, which showed him having sex with the Hot Pocket. However, Vine quickly removed the video and his account was suspended.

The teen said in an interview that his mother calls him “the Hot Pocket f***er who lives in my basement.” He also said that the Hot Pocket was too hot at first, so he put it in the fridge as he grabbed a condom.

He told others who are willing to try it, that he recommends not using a condom, but only if the Hot Pockets are not too hot. This is not the first sexual encounter the teen had with food.

The teen claimed that he had sex with Pop Tarts.




3 brothers arrested after killing their brother because their father left him a house as inheritance

Three brothers became extremely angry after their father left his house to their brother as inheritance. The three brothers decided to kill him, police in Nigeria said.

Now, they were all arrested and charged with murder, Logos Police said.

The three brothers, Fatia, Tunji, and Sakiru Osun, have been accused of killing their brother, Yusuf. According to a source close with the family, their father left the house to Yusuf as inheritance. Yusuf was not the oldest child.

The oldest child, Tunji, decided to sell the house for N15 million ($91,000), keep N10 million for himself and give his brother N5 million. Yusuf however, disagreed.

Police said that murder was committed on Tuesday. Yusuf Osun was strangled and stabbed. The three brothers told neighbors that Yusuf was drunk, slipped in the bathroom, hit his head and died.

However, they couldn’t explain why their brother had stab wounds. That is when the neighbors called the police, who arrested the three.

2 thieves get 17 years jail for stealing cellphone

Two thieves received a harsh punishment after being convicted of stealing a cellphone, prosecutors in Nigeria said.

The Osogbo High Court has sentenced Babatunde Ogunjobi, 33, and Abdulgafar Yusuf, 39, to seventeen years in prison.

The judge cited the seriousness of the crime as the reason for the long prison sentence. The defendants were convicted on charges of conspiracy, theft and impersonation.

The defendants stole the phone more than four years ago inside a sports arena. The phone belonged to Governor Rauf Aregbesola of Osun.

According to police, the defendants used the phone to impersonate the governor and to extort money from unsuspecting individuals. Eventually, the governor learned that his cellphone was being used to extort individuals, and he filed a complaint with the police.

11 children get $2 million after parents forced them to sleep in cage

Eleven children will share $2 million after receiving compensation for being forced to sleep in a cage, prosecutors in Ohio said.

The children were between 1 and 14 years old, when authorities removed them from their home.

Their adoptive parents, Michael and Sharen Gravelle, were jailed for two years after being charged with child abuse. The parents said that they used cages because their children were destroying the house.

Last August, a new father was seen proudly holding his newborn son, but a few days later, he was arrested for biting his baby.

The father has been accused of abusing his 11-day-old son Mattix, while he was in the intensive care unit of a hospital.

Matthew Wayne Strawn, 21, of Virginia, was ordered to stay away from his wife and baby. His wife, Allie Samantha Strawn, 20, did not follow the order and took the baby to see her husband, and she even left the baby alone in his care.

During one of the visits, the father allegedly broke his child's ribs claiming that he mistakenly hit the baby too hard while helping the child burp.

Strawn, was found guilty in a Virginia court of biting and abusing his son. His wife, Allie Strawn, was convicted for contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

(Scroll down for video) A woman was extremely traumatized after being robbed at gunpoint while in labor, police in Maryland said.

Annapolis Police said that two men were arrested on Sunday, in connection with the armed robbery of a pregnant woman in labor.

Devery Kelley, 24, of Annapolis and Cornell Robinson, 44, of Washington, D.C. are in jail, but no charges were filed against them. The authorities were called on Sunday around 4:30 a.m., by a witness who said he saw a man and a pregnant woman being held up at gunpoint on Copeland Street.

The woman went into labor before the robbery. She was taken to Anne Arundel Medical Center after the incident. One of the victims told police officers that the suspects fled the scene in a stolen vehicle.

Police followed the vehicle and arrested the two suspects as they tried to flee on foot. During the police pursuit, a weapon had been thrown from the car. It was later recovered by the officers.

Teacher, 72, caught masturbating in school hallway in front of students

(Scroll down for video) A teacher was removed from his class and arrested for masturbating in the school hallway.

The man was a substitute teacher at a school in Connecticut, when he was caught masturbating inside the school building.

According to the surveillance video, which was handed over to police, Michael Luecke, 72, was seen standing near a glass window looking at students who were outside, and touching himself.


In the video, Lueke was seen walking towards the lockers at the Westhill High School in Stamford, He laid down on the floor and masturbated. Six students walked past him while he was masturbating.

A teacher’s assistant saw him lying him on the floor. Thinking that the elderly teacher was injured, she went over to help. The woman was shocked to find the man’s pants open and his hand on his privates.

The woman alerted the principal, who then called police. Luecke was arrested and placed on suicide watch.

He was charged with public indecency, risk of injury to a minor and breach of the peace. He was held on $25,000 bond.

Two married women killed in car accident after partying with their boyfriends behind their husband’s backs

In a very tragic incident, two married women were killed after their car overturned while they were out with men who were not their husbands.

Their husbands were surprise to learn about the circumstances of the accident.

According to police, the women were out partying with men who were assumed to be their boyfriends, before the incident. The two married women of Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe, were killed in the accident and at least two men were taken to a hospital with injuries.

Akombelwa Namitondo, 31, and Florence Tholakele Mathe, 29, died on Saturday afternoon, along the Bulawayo-Victoria Falls Highway. The vehicle in which they were traveling in, veered off the road and overturned several times.

Before the accident, the women allegedly went to the Lupinyu business center, next to the Victoria Falls International Airport, where they spent time together and drank at the cocktail bar with their boyfriends behind their husbands' backs.

Their husbands were reportedly at work when the incident took place. Police confirmed the fatal accident and said that the investigation is still ongoing.

According to the initial investigation, the driver lost control of the vehicle, veered off the road and the car overturned several times before landing on its side. Several bottles of alcohol were found at the accident scene, suggesting that the driver could have been intoxicated while driving.

Two men arrested after robbing pregnant woman in labor at gunpoint

(Scroll down for video) A woman in labor was on her way to a hospital when she encountered two thugs, who tried to rob her.

The two men were arrested on Sunday, in connection with the armed robbery of the pregnant woman.

Devery Kelley, 24, of Annapolis, and Cornell Robinson, 44, of Washington, DC, were arrested by Annapolis Police. Authorities were called on Sunday around 4:30 a.m., by a witness who said he saw a man and a pregnant woman being held at gunpoint on Copeland Street.

The woman was in labor before the robbery and was taken to the Anne Arundel Medical Center after the incident. The suspects fled the scene in a stolen vehicle.

Police followed the vehicle. However, when the suspects saw the officers they abandoned the vehicle and fled on foot.

They also attempted to get rid of the weapon by throwing it from the car. Officers saw them throwing something from the car window and recovered a gun.

Both men were arrested as they tried to flee on foot. The woman was reported to be in good condition.

Man allows pastor to rape his daughter because the pastor’s wife was sick

(Scroll down for video) A father and a pastor were arrested on sex abuse charges.

The Louisiana pastor is accused of raping a woman suffering from mental disabilities.

David “Scott” Lemley, 43, who is the pastor of the New Harmony Baptist Church, in Baton Rouge, was arrested Saturday, on charges of aggravated rape. The victim, who is 20 years old, is described as having the mental capacity of a 7 year old.

Lemley allegedly conspired with the father of the victim to have sex with her, according to arrest records. The father, who is not being named to protect the identity of the victim, is accused of offering his daughter to the pastor for sex because the pastor's wife was ill and bedridden.

The father is also in prison for multiple counts of sexual abuse, including aggravated rape. The victim told investigators that she and the pastor had sex on multiple occasions, despite saying she did not want to sleep with him.

Lemley denied having sex with the woman when he was interviewed by police. The pastor allegedly told investigators that the victim is “known for making up stories.”

Lemley was arrested and is being held in lieu of $75,000 bail.
