(Scroll down for video) A popular rapper was criticized for wearing a long nose and a beard during a performance.

Macklemore has sparked anger after dressing as a Jewish caricature for a concert in Seattle, Washington, on Friday night.

The rapper was seen wearing a black wig, big nose and thick black beard during the show, which celebrated a new exhibit at the Seattle's Experience Music Project Museum.

While those who attended the concert, apparently had no problem with his costume, it was subject to a barrage of criticism after photos appeared on the Internet.

“Macklemore was seen wearing a Jewish stereotype costume at a concert,” one Twitter user wrote. Some Twitter users named him an anti-Semite and even actor Seth Rogen, who is Jewish, attacked him.

After the series of complaints, Macklemore tweeted his own message, denying that he was being offensive and arguing that the costume was simply a random collection of stuff. “It was not my intention to stereotype anyone,” he wrote on Twitter.

Macklemore, 30, performed the show with Ryan Lewis. Both are originally from Seattle. Earlier this year, he performed at the Grammys, while dozens of gay couples were getting married.

A team of Israeli engineering students won second place at a competition in Turkey, the Tazpit News Agency reported.

Three Israeli students from Ben Gurion University of the Negev, won second place at the International Cultural and Academic Meeting of Engineering Students conference (ICAMES), a world-wide engineering project competition organized by the Engineering Society of Bogazici University in Istanbul.

Gilad Keizler, Yuval Ben Zion, and Nimrod Shalit’s final project in the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management at Ben Gurion University, was the only project from Israel to be accepted to the prestigious Istanbul competition, which has been held in Turkey for the last 20 years.

"This is a very competitive contest," Dr. Adir Even, who supervised the students' project, told the Tazpit News Agency. "Dozens of student teams from around the world from different engineering disciplines compete and usually one or two projects are accepted from each country." Sri Lanka came in first place in the competition.

The three Israeli students spent the past year developing a special app called StaTeam system, which provides comprehensive information and computer technology (ICT) solutions for basketball teams. The system is based on a mobile application for efficient data collection and storage during games and provides a variety of Business Intelligence (BI) utilities for analyzing and visualizing the data collected over time. The system provides the coach with decision support tools toward improving the performance of individual players,
as well as the entire team for reasonable prices.

"It's the first time that a service of this type would be available to smaller scale basketball teams, community leagues, etc. at a more reasonable cost than the kind of technology that big league professional teams use," said Dr. Even.

For the Ben Gurion students. The Istanbul experience was a positive one. "We got to know engineering students from Lebanon and Egypt, and from all over the world," said Yuval Ben Zion. "What interests all of us is engineering not politics," Ben Zion added.

"It was a great honor to reach second place. We've been working on this project day and night, and it was great to see the results of our work and receive positive feedback."

Woman addicted to being pregnant becomes surrogate mother free of charge

(Scroll down for video) One woman loves the feeling and attention she gets when she is pregnant.

However, she already has a family of four children.

Rather than having more children, the woman is offering her body to couples who cannot have babies of their own.

37-year-old Tara Sawyer of England, has already given birth to seven children, four of whom are her own. She is happiest with a bulging belly.

When she's not expecting, Sawyer feels empty and is craving for pregnancy, but not for a baby.

“I just always loved having the big belly and having people cooing over the precious little gift inside,” Sawyer said.

In the past two years, Sawyer of Cambridgeshire, has handed over a set of twins to one set of parents and one baby to another set of parents. She has no plans to stop having children for other people.

Despite the law stating that she is entitled to $25,000 in expenses for surrogacy, Sawyer does it for free. She is so happy with the “rush” from seeing the positive pregnancy test and from being pregnant that she refuses to take payment.

Sawyer, who was adopted as a child, feels good to help people like her adopted parents to have biological kids of their own.

Her husband, Matt Sawyer, 37, a truck driver, is supportive of his wife’s decision to carry the children for strangers.

“It did not take much convincing,” said Tara. “He knew how I was feeling about pregnancy and knew there was a hole I had to fill,” she said.

Matt Sawyer was more concerned about whether she would be able to hand over the baby after giving birth, but now, he fully supports his wife.
