(Scroll down for video) A bus driver was arrested on charges of assault after he allegedly beat two passengers, police in the United Kingdom said.

London Police released a video that shows the bus driver slamming the passenger into a wall and onto the pavement, following a dispute over the bus fare.

According to the police investigation, 43-year-old bus driver David Newstead assaulted the two bus passengers after one of them threw a bottle at him.

Tyler Belgrave-Breeds and Sean Dickson, both 23 years old, claim that they exchanged words with the bus driver on the street, before throwing the bottle at him.

Newstead pummeled both passengers while a large crowd gathered around them to watch the fight. Newstead, who was found guilty, was sentenced to six months probation.

The cases of Tyler Belgrave-Breeds and Sean Dickson are still pending.

A man was arrested on charges of violating a corpse after he allegedly dug up 150 child graves and dressed them up for parties, prosecutors in Russia said.

Now, 46-year-old Anatoly Moskvin of Novgorod, was ordered to stay in a psychiatric clinic after being deemed unfit to stand trial.

According to the police investigation, Moskvin visited more than 700 cemeteries to search for female bodies aged between three and twelve.

After locating each victim, he dug up the body, dressed it up and placed it in his home. Moskvin was arrested after his parents visited him and discovered his horrific collections of dead bodies.

He has been under observation since then to assess his mental state. Doctors told a court that the suspect is a genius and can speak 13 languages.

However, after an evaluation at a psychiatric clinic, doctors believe that Moskvin is not mentally competent to stand trial.

Woman dies after eating wild mushrooms she picked and prepared for a romantic dinner with her husband

A woman died after eating poisonous mushroom that she picked in order to share a romantic dinner with her husband, doctors in Spain said.

The 56-year-old woman of Gerona, picked the highly toxic mushrooms herself earlier in the day, in the woods near her home.

The couple returned home to cook the mushrooms they had found.

However, the woman fell ill the next morning, and after suffering multiple organ failures, she died in a hospital just four hours after she checked herself in.

Her husband also fell ill, but he is now in stable condition.

Doctors said that the mushrooms the couple ate are greenish and closely resemble other edible species, but can cause fatal damage to the liver and kidneys.

Just one ounce is enough to kill a human.

The toxic mushrooms smell and taste good, so those who eat them rarely realize that they are toxic until it is too late.

Robber charged with murder after store clerk shot his accomplice

(Scroll down for video) A man lost his friend and partner in crime, and is now being charged with a murder he did not commit.

Ruben Lucero is accused of robbing a store in Albuquerque, New Mexico, which led to the death of his friend.

Police said that Ruben Lucero and Christopher Garza, both 20 years old, entered the Pajarito Store in the South Valley just before 7:00 p.m. with a pistol and a AR-15 rifle.

Deputies said that one of them threatened the clerk, who is the son of the owner. He handed them $100 and his watch, while the other robber forced three members of the family to get down on the ground including a child.

The clerk told deputies that after the robbers left, she went to lock the door and one of the robbers pointed a gun at her. That's when the store clerk opened fire and shot at them.

Garza died and Lucero was taken to a hospital, where he was treated for gunshot wounds to his arm.

Lucero is being charged for the death of his friend because deputies said that his actions led to the murder of his friend.

Lucero is also facing charges of robbery, aggravated assault and child abuse.

In a heartfelt plea on his Facebook page, Lucero is begging for forgiveness from his friend’s parents.

He wrote:

13-year-old boy shot dead for laughing at neighbor whose home was burglarized

13-year-old Kobe Jones of Gary, Indiana, was fatally shot by a neighbor, who was enraged when the teen laughed at him when the man discovered that his house had been broken into.

Lt. Thomas Pawlak said that Jones was pronounced dead on Friday night at the scene, as a result of multiple gunshot wounds.

Thobeka Nzimande, 22, of South Africa, was attacked, brutally beaten and stripped of her clothes.

Her boyfriend, Sinathi Gumede, 36, still cannot believe that his girlfriend survived the beating.

The incident began when a friend at church accused Nzimande of sleeping with her ​​fiance.

The friend called her and asked to meet her outside her home.

The married teacher is also accused of performing oral sex on one of them in her classroom.

Tracy Marie Barras was arrested at her home after police launched an investigation into allegations of misconduct.

Barras is accused sending the photos to the teens through Kik, a text messaging app.

Barras,34, was a math teacher at Crowley High School in Acadia Parish. According to her Facebook page, she is married and has a 6-year-old son.

Family angry after judge frees man who robbed and killed elderly man

Philip Martin, 25, of Albuquerque, New Mexico, was accused of beating an elderly man to death, robbing him and then using the victim’s credit card.

Martin has been held in jail for the past four months on bail of $100,000 cash only.

However, District Court Judge Christina Argyres ordered him to be released under house arrest with an ankle monitor.

“It scares the whole family,” Eduardo Garcia said. Garcia is the son-in-law of 65-year-old Richard Zarate, who was beaten to death.

Police arrested five suspects including Martin, who has 31 charges against him.

Stacey Ward, who is representing Martin, claimed that he had nothing to do with the murder and that he was at the house to help a couple move their belongings.

Ward said that Martin he has no criminal record, not even a traffic ticket. She said that there is no evidence that he was involved in the crime.
