(Scroll down for video) A pastor was arrested on charges of soliciting a prostitute after allegedly being caught at a motel sleeping with a prostitute, police in Texas said.

Public Safety officers arrested the pastor, and he could face up to six months in prison after being caught with the prostitute at Motel 6.

34-year-old Cameron Tate Reeves of the Hillside Christian Church, was caught with the prostitute on Thursday, at the hotel located at 2032 Paramount Boulevard.

Reeves resigned from the church after his arrest.

The pastor wrote a letter to the congregation on Sunday, in which he admits to knowingly booking an appointment for an inappropriate sexual encounter.

Reeves also admitted to having an addiction to pornography.

"We are saddened by this situation, and we ask the community to pray for Reeves, his family, and all who are affected during this difficult time," a spokesperson for the church said.

Reeves was charged with a misdemeanor, which carries a maximum sentence of 180 days in jail and a fine of $2,000.

Teacher brings student home for sexual encounters with her and her husband

A teacher was arrested on charges of sexual assault after allegedly bringing a student to her home and having sex with her along with her husband, police in North Carolina said.

Officials of the Charles E. Jordan High School said that the teacher, who was accused of sexually assaulting a student, had a tattoo of the name and initials of the student.

37-year-old Michelle Smith White of Penrith Drive in Durham, was charged with taking indecent liberties with a student and participation in a sex offense with a student.

White formed a friendship with the student when the girl was 15 years old, and it later became a sexual relationship.

The parents of the girl asked White to stay away from their ​​daughter, but a month later, they found that the two were exchanging text messages.

According to the text messages, the girl had sex with her teacher and the teacher’s husband. White worked as a dance teacher and resigned once the charges were made public.

The first cat cafe in the U.S., opened on Saturday in Oakland.

The Cat Town Cafe and Adoption Center allows people to buy a latte and get one hour of playtime with adoptable cats.

The owners of the cafe hope that this new business will help find homes for cats. In Japan, cat cafes are extremely popular, but here in the U.S., strict health codes have prevented such cafes from popping up.

Walk-ins are welcome at the Cat Town Cafe and Adoption Center, if space permits. In exchange for a $10 donation, you can make a reservation ahead of time.

“Cat Town is an independent, non-profit organization that operates through a partnership with Oakland Animal Services (OAS), and was founded by a core group of volunteers from OAS. Since our founding in 2011, we’ve rescued over 600 cats and kittens from the shelter. In addition to years of adoption counseling and shelter volunteering, we have experience fostering fearful cats and kittens, running mobile adoptions and organizing successful outreach campaigns,” the company wrote on its website.

(Scroll down for video) Police are looking to arrest and charge a couple after they tried to sell their young daughter at a gas station, police in Florida said.

The Hammond Police Department said that a woman was seen begging for cash before she tried to sell her 10-year-old daughter.

The incident unfolded at RaceTrac on US 190 around 9:00 a.m.

People at the gas station were shocked to see the mother trying to sell her own daughter. Police said that they received a call around 9:25 a.m., about the woman who drove a dark-colored van with Florida plates.

The van was occupied by a man, a woman and a girl. The caller said that the woman appeared to be pregnant.

"They approached several people, first asking for money for gas, and then finally someone came and offered to sell the child," a witness said.

Police are trying to locate a blue 2005 Dodge Caravan with a Florida license plate number BSXR89. Police said that if you see the couple or you know where they may be, you are urged to call 911 immediately.

A man was robbed while he was waiting for a male prostitute in a parking lot, police in Georgia said.

The Georgia State Police said that the man reported the robbery that occurred in the parking lot of the Rolling Ridge Apartments around 1:30 a.m. on Monday.

According to the police investigation, the victim was waiting for a male prostitute, who he met online, to get money from an upstairs apartment.

While waiting, an unknown man approached and asked the victim what he wanted as he sat in his car. The victim believed that the man was trying to sell drugs, according to the police report.

The male became aggressive and said he wanted his money, lifting his shirt to reveal a gun in his waistband. He demanded his wallet and phone number of the victim.

After handing over the items, the victim put the car in reverse and drove away, the report said. The victim then saw a State Police officer on Prince Avenue, and flagged him down to report the crime.

The victim described the alleged robber as a black man aged 25, who was about 5 feet 6 inches tall and 170 pounds.

(Scroll down for video) A man was arrested on charges of attempted murder after firing shots at a group of gay men because they dressed up as women, prosecutors in New York said.

Brooklyn District Attorney Ken Thompson said that a Bushwick man has been charged in a 13-count indictment with second-degree attempted murder as a hate crime and other charges stemming from an incident last month, in which he and two others taunted three men with anti-gay slurs before the defendant allegedly fired six shots at them, striking one of the men in the behind.

The defendant in the shooting incident was identified as Matthew Smith, 20, of 1114 Putnam Avenue. He is expected to be arraigned on Thursday, on a 13-count indictment in which he is charged with three counts of second-degree attempted murder as a hate crime, three counts of second-degree attempted murder, one count of first-degree assault as a hate crime, one count of first-degree assault, two counts of attempted first-degree assault as a hate crime, two counts of first-degree attempted assault, and one count of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon.

If convicted of the top count, he faces up to 25 years in prison. Smith is being held without bail.

According to the police investigation, three gay men, who were dressed in women’s clothing, were walking on the street when the defendant, Matthew Smith, and his two co-defendants, Tavon Johnson and Cody Sigue, who were standing on a corner across the street, allegedly began shouting taunts at them, including: “Y’all f*****s, trannies, men dressed like women, drag queens.”

The victims began walking away from the area, and the defendants followed them for a block. At that point, the victims started walking rapidly to get away from the defendants, but were allegedly followed even after they rounded a corner.

Smith then took out a handgun and fired six shots at the three, striking one man in the behind. Johnson and Sigue were arrested shortly thereafter, and Smith was arrested later that day.

Johnson, 17, of 113 Tompkins Avenue, and Sigue, 22, of 1180 Putnam Avenue, are charged in a criminal complaint with third-degree menacing as a hate crime, second-degree aggravated harassment, third-degree menacing and second-degree harassment.

They were arraigned and released without bail. If convicted on the top count, they face up to one year in prison.

Thief sprays her breast milk at store employees before stealing cash from the register

Police are looking to arrest a woman on charges of robbery after allegedly spraying her breast milk on employees of a pharmacy before stealing cash from the register, police in Germany said.

Store employees told investigators that the new mother came into the store to purchase a breast pump on Monday.

Suddenly, she distracted the pharmacy staff in Darmstadt, Hesse, by lifting up her shirt and spraying her breast milk onto them.

She went behind the counter and opened the cash register. After staff members and customers begged the woman to cover up, she sprayed them with her milk for a second time.

She fled from the scene with her breast pump and some cash. The pharmacists said that the woman only took 100 euros ($127) from the cash register.

Police believe that the woman, who was described as having a large figure, long dark hair tied in a ponytail and speaking an unknown language, stole the cash while the customers and the staff were distracted by her milk.

14 teen clowns arrested for harassing the public

14 teens were arrested on charges of harassment after allegedly dressing up as clowns and scaring people, police in France said.

The wave of evil clowns harassing the public has spread to southern region of the country, where police on Saturday night, arrested the 14 teenagers, carrying guns, knives and baseball bats.

The group of teens were arrested in the parking lot of a high school in Agde.

Meanwhile in Montpellier, a man dressed as a clown was arrested after hitting a pedestrian with an iron bar, while three drivers in different cities complained of scary-looking clowns harassing the public.

In Bethune, a clown was sentenced to six months jail for threatening passersby. The sentence however, was suspended.

Some people have a fear of all clowns. Having a fear of clowns is a mental disease called coulrophobia.

Police arrest man for ‘extreme pornography’ after finding video of woman having sex with tiger

A man was arrested and his life was turned upside down after a friend sent him a weird video.

Andrew Holland, 51, of the United Kingdom, was arrested for possession of “extreme pornography,” which depicted a woman having sex with a wild tiger.

Holland was arrested and charged with possession of pornography of bestiality after the friend sent him the clip as a joke. The images appeared to show a woman having sex with the wild animal.

Holland, who works as a bus driver in Wales, spent six months on bail and suffered a near fatal heart attack after being tormented by people online.

He was accused of being a pedophile, and was banned from seeing his young daughter while his case was ongoing.

Holland lost his job and was forced to leave his hometown over the incident. He maintained his innocence.

The case was finally dropped after prosecutors reviewed the offensive video and realized that the woman was having sex with a man who was dressed in a tiger costume.

Holland, whose computer was seized for an unrelated domestic dispute that ended with no charges being filed, is now demanding a change in the law. He wants to prevent “harmless but crude jokes” from ending in prosecution.

Police arrested 23-year-old Patricia Shurig, after witnesses saw the woman throw her baby into the ocean off Atlantic City.

Witnesses told police that they saw the woman walking towards the ocean with her newborn baby and asked what she was doing.

However, the woman did not respond and continued walking towards the ocean. She then tossed the baby into the water before she left.

Police believe that the woman wanted to commit suicide.

Several fishermen, who were near the Flagship Hotel along the bay on Pacific Avenue around 5:00 p.m., ran to save the mother and her baby.

Thomas Bell, a retired firefighter, performed CPR on the baby. “She spit up a large amount of water,” he said.

The baby girl is just one month old, according to authorities. Both the baby and her mother were taken to a local hospital for observation.

Shurig was charged with aggravated assault and could face other charges. She is being held on $100,000 bail.

The backpacker is offering to sleep with men in each city she visits to fund the trip.

19-year-old Ju Peng has been labeled a “prostitute” and a “sex tourist” after revealing her plans to find temporary boyfriends to pay her bills.

Peng said that the men must be good looking, under 30 years old, be at least 5 feet 7 inches tall and of course rich, to fund her spending habits.

"He will fund my transportation to their city and all my expenses while I'm there and they need to be generous,” the teenager, who said to be from Shanghai, wrote on social media.

“In return, they receive a whole night with me, my undivided attention, and the opportunity to show themselves off in the company of a truly beautiful girl,” she added.

Clever woman orders pizza pie from police to get help during domestic dispute

A woman called 911 and placed a pizza order to get help.

The woman who was being beaten by her boyfriend, managed to notify police without her boyfriend’s knowledge.

The emergency operator who answered the call, shared the story on the Reddit board dedicated to the most memorable calls they receive.

The operator explained that the woman, whose name was not released, called to order a pizza pie with half pepperoni, half mushroom and peppers.

She asked that the pie be delivered as soon as possible.

At first, the emergency services worker thought that it was a prank call, but soon realized that the woman was in trouble.

Here is a transcript of the call:

Operator: 911, where is your emergency?

Victim: 123 Main Street.

Operator: Ok, what’s going on there?

Victim: I’d like to order a pizza for delivery.

Operator: Ma’am, you’ve reached 911.

Victim: Yeah, I know. Can I have a large with half pepperoni, half mushroom and peppers?

Operator: Ummm…. I’m sorry, you know you’ve called 911 right?

Victim: Yeah, do you know how long it will be?

Operator: Ok, Ma’am, is everything ok over there? Do you have an emergency?"

Victim: Yes, I do.

Operator: And you can’t talk about it because there’s someone in the room with you?

Victim: Yes, that’s correct. Do you know how long it will be?

Operator: I have an officer about a mile from your location. Are there any weapons in your house?

Victim: Nope.

Operator: Can you stay on the phone with me?

Victim: Nope. See you soon, thanks.

When police arrived, they found the woman who had been brutally beaten by her drunken boyfriend.

“I thought she was pretty clever to use that trick. It was definitely one of the most memorable calls,” the 911 operator said.

The man was arrested and charged with domestic violence.

Dog hops on bus causing six-hour standoff with police and firefighters

A dog stopped a bus driver from doing his regular route after hopping onto the bus and refusing to get off.

Police and firefighters were called on Friday, when the German Shepherd hopped on the bus in China, and refused to get off, sparking a six-hour standoff.

The bus driver, Su Wei, 39, was almost back at the bus depot when the dog got on board just as he let the last passenger off in Chongqing.

The dog entered the bus and laid down next to the driver, refusing to leave. At the bus depot, the driver tried to convince the dog to get out. However, his efforts were in vain as the dog was in between the front seat and the steering wheel. He had no choice but to call emergency services for help.

Both police and firefighters arrived at the scene and tried a number of tactics to remove the dog, including poking it with sticks, offering it food and talking to it nicely.

After a six-hour standoff, the dog was finally thirsty enough that it agreed to exit the bus, being lured with a cup of water.

Neither the dog nor the driver were hurt during the incident.

Tourist jailed for 10 days after sexually assaulting waitress

A young man was arrested after sexually assaulting a waitress during his trip to China.

The 26-year-old foreign visitor, who was identified only as Ueda, was with his father on a business trip in Dalian.

Ueda decided to eat in a private room at a seafood restaurant. After the drinks started flowing, Ueda said that he “lost control of himself,” grabbed the waitress and forcefully hugged her.

He finally let go when the waitress, who was identified as Zhang, began screaming for help.

Ueda then attacked another staff member, who criticized him for his sexual advances. He destroyed a restaurant chair in the process.

A few locals at the restaurant wanted to jump the tourist and “teach the foreigner a lesson,” but then decided to hold him down until police arrive.

Ueda was arrested and admitted to his crimes. He was ordered to spend 10 days in jail and was given a fine of 500 yuan (about $81).

Woman bites off neighbor’s ear because she cut in line to take water from river

A woman was arrested on charges of assault after allegedly biting off her neighbor’s ear because she cut in line at a river, police in Nigeria said.

Lagos State Police said that 25-year-old Shalewa Akinnibo, who lives on the 100 block of Remilekun Street, was arrested on Tuesday , after biting off the ear of Bolajoko Yekeen.

According to the police investigation, the fight began when Yekeen and Akinnibo, arrived at the river to get some water.

Akinnibo told Yekeen not to take water because she arrived first.

After Yekeen refused to move away, Akinnibo grabbed the victim’s pale and threw it on the ground. The fight escalated, and during the struggle, Akinnibo bit off Yekeen’s right ear.

Yekeen was transported to a local hospital, where doctors were unable to reattach her ear.

Akinnibo pleaded not guilty to the charges. If convicted, Akinnibo faces up to seven years in prison. Akinnibo was booked into jail, and her bail was set at N500,000 ($3,020).

Son of Johnny Cash removes his clothes at airport after consuming alcohol

The son of popular celebrity Johnny Cash, was detained at an airport in Canada, after removing his clothes while being under the influence of alcohol.

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) said that John Carter Cash, was arrested on Monday afternoon in Newfoundland, after he stripped to his underwear.

Two RCMP officers were called to the Deer Lake airport around 2:00 p.m., and were told that Cash was either drunk or had medical problems.

Investigators said that security personnel at the airport persuaded Cash, 44, to put on his clothes before being taken away by police.

Cash was taken to a police station, where he was held until he sobered up. No charges were filed because few people witnessed the incident, police said.

Cash has no criminal record and was cooperative with officers.

Patient opens fire at hospital after doctors wanted to shave his stomach hair before surgery

A patient at a hospital in Lebanon, became extremely angry after doctors attempted to shave his stomach hair, police in Lebanon said.

Baalbek Police said that the patient, who was angry that the surgeon tried to shave his body hair to perform an operation, called his friends and told them to open fire at the hospital.

The patient, who was identified only by his surname Zeaiter, shouted at the surgeon on Monday, after he said that he can only perform surgery on the kidney if the stomach hair is shaved.

The situation quickly escalated, and the patient, who was concerned that his masculinity is at stake, called his friends to settle the issue with fire power.

The gunmen arrived quickly, and fired shots at the Mortada Hospital. The attack caused some damage to the second floor of the hospital, but no casualties were reported.

The married man was out with his lover when he was shot dead during a botched robbery.

The victim, 27-year-old Senzo Meyiwa, is a popular football player in South Africa.

He has made headlines before after he was seen out with his lover, Kelly Khumalo, who is an actress and singer, in the township of Vosloorus, Gauteng, despite being married.

Meyiwa plays for the Orlando Pirates Football Club
in South Africa. He and his wife, Mandisa Meyiwa, have two children together.

Meyiwa died after suffering a single gunshot wound to the chest in the house of his lover. Police said that two men entered the woman’s house about 8:00 p.m., and demanded money, a cell phone and other valuables.

Senzo tried to protect Khumalo, because one of the men had a gun pointed at her, but he was shot by the gunman.

A third suspect waited outside the house and the three fled immediately after the shooting. Meyiwa was pronounced dead on arrival at a hospital, police said.

Many people took to social media to criticize Khumalo, for being a homewrecker.

“I wonder who was protecting his wife at home while he was protecting Kelly? He should have just divorced his poor wife. Now, she has to mourn him while he died saving Kelly, I feel sorry for the wife,” Thembi Karina Jujulady Buda wrote.

He decided to take revenge.

The man of the United Kingdom was arrested in Zhengzhou, when he attacked two young women, and stole their cell phone and 3,000 yuan (about $490).

The tourist, who understands the Chinese language, reportedly told police that he overheard the women mocking him on the street.

The man, who is said to be in his 20s, took off running with the stolen phone and money. However, the women did not let him get away.

During their pursuit of the man, one woman was seen removing her high-heel shoes.

He was finally caught by police officers, who managed to recover the stolen phone and confirmed that he was a British citizen. The police however, did not recover the cash, which he had allegedly stolen.
