(Scroll down for video) If you cannot decide if you are a man or a woman, there is one less thing to worry about.

New York based “Play Out,” is selling what is believed to be the first gender neutral underwear.

“The initial concept behind the briefs and boxer trunks, was to take what is good from what is traditionally men’s underwear and make people with a feminine body carry it comfortably,” Abby Sugar, co-founder of Play Out, said.

"We have not found what we wanted out there, so we set out to make it ourselves," Sugar added. “No matter what the gender identification, out underwear appeal to every gender,” the company’s website states.

“At Play Out, we offer two different styles of underwear, the boxer briefs, boyshort, cut and the trunk cut. We would love to upend the standard language surrounding fashion and gender, but not everyone would know what we are talking about. As a start, though, we have given our two cuts different names in order to differentiate between them,” the company also states.

“Our Boxer Brief cut is slightly shorter and has a flat stitched front. In fashion, this cut pattern is most often designed for women or female bodies. Our Trunks are slightly longer than the boxer briefs, and offer a fabric pocket in the front. This design is most often marketed towards men or male bodies,” the company's website concludes.

Two officials are under fire for buying stolen corpses from grave robbers in order to keep their jobs.

The two officials were in charge of funeral management reform in the Guangdong Province of China.

The government has promoted a controversial policy that encourages cremation over burials in order to save the land for agriculture and development.

Faced with a quota to meet, and a population who is still resistant to the idea, the officials became sneaky and bought bodies from grave robbers.

The two officials were arrested for purchasing more than 20 bodies, which grave robbers stole during the night from graveyards.

One official, who was identified as Dong, paid 3,000 yuan (about $490) for each of the 10 corpses he bought, while the other official named He, who seemed to be a better negotiator, paid only 1,500 yuan ($245) for each corpse he bought.

Police in Beiliu, learned about the official misconduct after they arrested a grave robber named Zhong. He confessed to stealing about 20 corpses.

He told police that he sold the corpses to the government workers, which led police to investigate the officials.

Locals have been ignoring the new cremation regulations and are burying their dead family members in secret.

Earlier this year, six elderly people in Anhui, committed suicide to make sure they are buried before the regulation of cremation took effect.

(Scroll down for video) A woman and her father were sentenced to jail after killing a man.

20-year-old Latiqwa Mayes of Baltimore, Maryland, falsely accused the man of raping her, prompting her father and an angry mob to kill him.

The victim was identified as Donald Robinson. Mayes first met Robinson, who is a registered sex offender, when he broke into her home and assaulted her roommate.

Robinson was arrested for that incident. Mayes was told that Robinson had violated his parole.

Mayes assumed that Robinson will receive a long prison sentence. However, when she spotted him on the 800 block of Lennox Street a few days later, Mayes became angry.

Mayes started yelling: “He raped me. He's a sex offender.” Her father, Willie Mayes, 60, called for help and two teenagers who were in the area playing basketball, came over and held Robinson down.

Strangers on the street also got involved and began beating, kicking and punching Robinson. Latiqwa also pepper-sprayed him, according to police.

The incident, which was captured on surveillance cameras in the area, showed Robinson stumbling away from the fight.

He was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead. An autopsy determined that the beating had exacerbated his existing health problem, police said.

Both, the father and daughter, pleaded guilty to second-degree murder and said they had never intended for Robinson to die.

Mayes' attorney, Joshua Insley, said that Latiqwa has been placed in segregation and was in a 8 by 12 foot jail cell for the past 13 months while awaiting trial.

Latiqwa was sentenced to 10 years with four years suspended. She will spend 6 years behind bars.

Her father, a military veteran, has spent the past 10 months in prison awaiting trial. Willie was also sentenced to 10 years in prison with all but two years suspended.

Kwan Blackburn, 18, one of the teenagers who helped keep Robinson down, pleaded guilty to manslaughter and was given a suspended sentence and four years probation.

Son jailed for stealing $80,000 from terminally ill father

Mark Tennant
By: Chan Yuan

A man was arrested on charges of theft after he stole 50,000 pounds ($80,000) from his father, police in the United Kingdom said.

Now, 36-year-old Mark Tennant, who defrauded his terminally-ill father out of almost 50,000 pounds ($80,000), has been ordered to pay back 27,000 pounds ($44,000).

Tennant of Davies Way, Sidcup, was sentenced at the Inner London Crown Court after pleading guilty to defrauding his father.

Relatives of Tennant’s father contacted police after they became concerned that money was missing from the father’s accounts.

After a police investigation, it eventually emerged that Tennant had been stealing money over a two-year period from his father, while he was acting as his full-time paid caretaker.

The fraud came to light when Tennant’s father became so ill as to require full-time medical care. When looking into his finances in order to pay for any potential care options, his relatives realized that thousands of pounds were missing from his accounts.

Detectives from the Criminal Finance Team based at the Lewisham police station, quickly put in place a restraining order on the funds that Tennant was due to inherit following his father’s death.

Detectives charged Tennant with fraud by false representation, and he was eventually convicted of the offense. He was sentenced to 20 months imprisonment.

Detective Sergeant Michael McElroy from the Met’s Criminal Finance Team based at the Lewisham police station said:

“Tennant took advantage of his position of trust to steal almost 50,000 pounds from his terminally ill father. The fraud came to light when his father needed to use money for full-time healthcare, money he had saved up over his lifetime. Indeed, his father discovered the extent of what his son had stolen, just prior to his death. I can only describe Tennant’s deeds as utterly heartless. His father was an honest and decent man, who had worked his whole life. I hope this case helps to highlight that police can assist other families who may find themselves in similar situations.”
