(Scroll down for video) A mother and her son in the United Kingdom, were horrified to see a spider inside their bag of Hovis bread.
The pair who live in Birmingham, discovered the spider wedged between two slices of Hovis bread.
Maxine Grizzle of Handsworth, said that Hovis claims it was very unlikely that the bug flew in the product at its plant. However, the company promised to investigate the incident.
The mother of three children bought the loaf of bread at her local Asda supermarket on Monday. She made some toast in the morning for her children.
When her 10-year-old Amaarn Grizzle went to grab more bread, he found the dead spider between two slices. He became very upset and felt ill.
Maxine Grizzle emphasized that when she bought the Hovis package of bread it was completely sealed.
