(Scroll down for video) Two men fell in love with each other and are together for almost 10 years.

The two decided to undergo sex changes to become the women they always wanted to be.

The couple of Britain, who fell in love while being men, walked down the aisle as women.

The women who live in Warndon, Worcester, had their birth certificates changed to reflect their new identities as women.

Parma Bertoli, 59, and Stephanie Nickles, 43, who both had sex changes during their 10 years of romance, were planning their dream wedding when Bertoli was diagnosed with a terminal brain tumor.

Bertoli knew that she has a very limited amount of time left, but said that it would mean the world to her and her partner to get married.

The dream of the transsexual couple became a reality after locals organized their special wedding day all in just 18 hours.

The couple had everything from traditional white dresses to beautiful flowers thanks to caring people.

Bertoli, who is suffering a brain tumor, was told that she has less than 12 months to live and was overwhelmed when her dream to marry her longtime partner became a reality.

“I am surprised and very happy,” Bertoli said about the wedding.
