(Scroll down for video) A new cool hotel allows visitors to eat and sleep close to wild animals.
Imagine waking up next to the lions and tigers while they eat their meals or sitting in a bathtub with bears looking at you.
This is all possible from the comfort of a new unique hotel, which is located in Australia. The Jamala Wildlife Lodge at the National Zoo and Aquarium in Canberra, offers the luxurious accommodation.
Spread over three locations in the zoo, they have 18 rooms, ranging from bungalows to tree houses, which allows customers to have an intimate experience with all kinds of wildlife animals.
It is located just ten minutes from the financial center of Canberra.
Richard Tindal, who is the owner and operator of the Jamala Wildlife Lodge, said that the hotel was established in an effort to educate visitors about helping the survival of many of the world’s endangered species.
The lodge was built around the monkey enclosure and has a built-in aquarium, which offers private views of some of the zoo’s sharks.
The lodge has six double rooms, a common dining room, an open bar, two living rooms, an outdoor terrace, a pool and spa.
All amenities are close to and interactive with the animals. “Wherever guests are they have animals pretty close to them,” Tindal said.
