(Scroll down for video) A woman was horrified to find child pornography on a stolen phone she purchased at a store, police in Texas said.
The woman told the Houston Police Department that she bought a Samsung Galaxy Note, and was horrified to find images of child pornography that belonged to the previous owner.
20-year-old Daniel Garcia had his phone stolen, and it ended up in the hands of the woman who bought it at Page Tel. The woman immediately handed over the phone to the police, who were able to locate the original owner of the phone.
Police said that Garcia admitted to downloading the pornographic images. He also said that he had been viewing child pornography since he was 12 years old.
During the investigation, detectives said that they found that Garcia had been inappropriately touching an 8-year-old girl since she was in kindergarten.
Garcia was arrested on charges of child pornography. He was also charged with indecency with a child. His bail was set at $90,000.
