(Scroll down for video) A dog owner in Croatia, is lost after a judge ruled that he will face a large fine if his dog barks and disturbs his neighbors.
Medo of Pula, was ordered to stay silent after its neighbor filed a restraining order to stop it from making noise at night.
If the dog will bark, Anton Simunovic will have to pay a fine of about $3,200. 3-year-old Medo is now staying indoors from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., instead of being allowed to roam free outside.
It is the only dog in the country that has an active restraining order. The neighbor who dragged Medo to court, said that his health was affected by the barking.
The neighbor is seeking around $1,600 in damages, which he suffered as a result of the barking.
