(Scroll down for video) An abusive father was charged with killing his baby a few years after injuring another child.
26-year-old Brandon Ross of Oklahoma, is accused of killing his 3-month-old son.
Sadly, this is not the first time that he has been accused of abusing a child.
Oklahoma City Police arrested Ross on Thursday, after his son was found dead in his home.
Ross, who lives at the Ambassador Courts Public Housing in Oklahoma City, was on probation for severely injuring his daughter when he killed his son.
The state medical examiner performed an autopsy and confirmed that the death of the three-month-old child, named King Barnes, was not an accident.
The coroner’s office said that the baby suffered a head injury.
At the time of his son’s death, Ross was on probation for a prior charge of child abuse. In 2010, he was convicted of shaking his 2-month-old daughter, causing her retinas to detach and bleeding in her brain.
He was released from prison after serving about two and a half years of his 4 year sentence.
