(Scroll down for video) A pizza delivery driver called police after saying that she was raped by a teenager.

Darrion Miles, Jr., 17, of California, is accused of kidnapping the Domino’s Pizza delivery driver at gunpoint before raping her.

The 22-year-old victim told police that she was exiting her car to deliver pizza around 11:20 a.m. on Sunday, when Miles forced her back into her car and ordered her to drive to a secluded area, where he sexually assaulted her.

When he was done, the teen ordered the victim to drive him home and stole her cellphone.

Miles was under house arrest with the use of an ankle monitor, authorities said. Police recovered the woman’s cellphone at his home.

Miles is facing life in prison after being arrested on eight felony charges, including sodomy and robbery, following the attack in Antioch.

The teen’s father, Darrion Earl Miles, Sr., defended his son and said that the sex between his son and the woman was consensual.

The father said that no gun was found on his son. He believes that the woman made up the rape allegations after his son took her phone and refused to return it.

Miles was arrested and he will likely be tried as an adult because of the serious nature of his crimes.
