A nurse said that she suffered serious injuries after a cereal box fell on her back while shopping at a Tesco supermarket in Ireland.
Now, she has been awarded $150,000 after winning a lawsuit against Tesco.
Psychiatric nurse Christina Butler of Crecora, County Limerick, said that a Weetabix box fell on her at the store, and as a result, she suffered shoulder pain.
The mother of three children was in the grocery section of the store when the Weetabix box fell on her. She suffered injuries to the neck, back and right shoulder.
A medical examination confirmed that Butler suffered from dizziness and residual shoulder pain. She also has difficulties at work and problems sleeping.
A judge awarded her $150,000 including medical expenses. She was also awarded legal costs.
