A hotel manager was arrested on charges of prostitution after allegedly renting out his hotel for sex parties at least twice a month, police in Japan said.

The Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department said that they shut down a club, in which men had sex with multiple prostitutes in hotel rooms.

Officers raided a room, where they found two men engaging in sexual acts with multiple prostitutes.

45-year-old Koji Kinoshita, the hotel manager, and another employee were charged with violating the law against prostitution.

By the time the raid was over, a total of 17 men and 6 women were taken into custody for prostitution.

According to the police investigation, Kinoshita advertised adult parties on search sites to recruit participants for the sex parties, which were held approximately twice a month.

Kinoshita has admitted the allegations, saying that he held partied for the past 10 years.

The incident came to light after an employee of the hotel found a large number of used condoms in one hotel room and called the police.
