A young man was arrested for possession of marijuana, which was stored in a sour cream container.
The man of Nebraska, was charged with possession of marijuana when police found the sour cream container labeled “not weed.”
Lancaster County deputies stopped 21-year-old Jordan Meier of Lincoln, around 9:00 p.m. on Saturday, on suspicion of drunk driving, Sheriff Terry Wagner said.
When deputies searched the car, they found a 16 ounce tub of sour cream under the car seat. It was labeled “not weed.”
Officers opened the container and found about 11.4 ounces of marijuana.
Meier admitted that the sour cream container belonged to him. He was arrested for drug possession and on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
