A police officer was slapped with a lawsuit after forcing a woman to have sex with him for 11 months by threatening her with jail if she did not submit to his demands, according to court documents in New Jersey.
22-year-old Shakera Brown of Bridgeton, claims in her $25 million lawsuit that Officer Braheme Days, forced her to have sex with him after he caught her shoplifting.
Brown was caught by Days, shoplifting at a Rite Aid Pharmacy. Days offered her an ultimatum, face jail or sex.
Brown said that over the next 11 months, the officer harassed her, demanding sexual acts, including having sex with him in his patrol car.
Brown gave the officer her phone number, and the next day, Days demanded that Brown walk to his patrol car. When she sat inside, he forced her to perform sex acts.
Brown however, has a history of theft.
