Police are looking to arrest 5 people on charges of assault after allegedly beating workers at Chuck E. Cheese’s because a game was not working during a party, police in Ohio said.
Parma Police said that the incident occurred around 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, during a birthday party at the restaurant on West Ridgewood Drive.
The customers who participated in the beating fled from the scene before police arrived, and no one has been arrested.
Two employees were seriously injured and were taken to the University Hospital Parma Medical Center for treatment after the incident.
Three other employees also received treatment for minor injuries at the hospital.
The fight broke out after a man confronted the manager of Chuck E. Cheese’s near the kitchen because one game was not working.
He started hitting the manager, and at least four other customers joined in the fight. At least five employees came to the aid of the manager.
Police said that they will review the security cameras of the restaurant and will arrest the suspects shortly.
