Prostitute extorts $3 million from businessman after threatening to tell police about their threesome with underage girl

(Scroll down for video) A prostitute and her parents were arrested on charges of extortion after blackmailing a businessman who had a threesome with an underage girl, police in Michigan said.

The prostitute and her parents of Westland, were involved in a scheme to extort almost $3 million from a retired software executive by threatening to tell the police about a threesome involving her and her teenage cousin.

The executive was identified as 52-year-old Paul Vagnozzi of Orchard Lake. He retired after selling his company for $8.7 million.

The plot was led by 52-year-old Terry Tackett his wife Kimberly Tackett, 53, and their daughter Jessica Tackett, 25, who prosecutors said was a stripper and prostitute.

Terry Tackett threatened to beat Vagnozzi, if he does not pay millions of dollars to keep the threesome a secret. Vagnozzi gave Terry Tackett more than $2.6 million in cash and checks.

Jessica Tackett and her mother also filed a false rape complaint against Vagnozzi. Jessica Tackett was released from jail after posting $10,000 bail.

Her mother faces up to five years in federal prison and $250,000 in fines if convicted of conspiracy to obstruct justice.

Terry Tackett faces 20 years in prison if convicted of conspiracy to obstruct justice, tax evasion, money laundering and bank crimes.
