Two brothers were rushed to a hospital after suffering serious burns from a pot of boiling soup, police in Zimbabwe said.

Harare Police said that a woman burned her husband and his younger brother with boiling soup after they allegedly urinated in the pot of food.

Linda Chavhunduka told investigators that her husband, Everisto Seka, conspired with his brother to get her to consume their urine.

Seka petitioned a court for a restraining order against Chavhunduka.

Chavhunduka complained that his wife shows up at his vegetable shop and takes home a lot of produce, leaving him with little merchandise to sell.

Seka also complained that Chavhunduka is spending too much of his money on herself. Chavhunduka denied all the allegations, but admitted to burning her husband and his brother.

The two brothers were rushed to a hospital, where they were treated and released. The judge refused to grant the restraining order against Chavhunduka, saying that the couple should settle their differences like adults.
