A man was arrested on charges of drug smuggling after hiding drugs in his behind before selling them to prison inmates, police in New York said.
Rockland County Police said that they arrested 25-year-old Bryan Lora of New City, after selling oxycodone pills to other inmates in the Rockland County jail.
Prison guards found about 50 pills after searching Lora and his cell around 9:00 a.m. on Monday. Lora told investigators that he had been selling pills to other inmates.
Lora was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and second-degree promoting prison contraband.
Lora was jailed last month, after being arrested during an undercover operation.
