A man was fooled into believing that he is seeing a ghost, while he was being robbed.
The man of Russia, told police that he was awaken by a burglar who claimed to be a ghost and told him to go back to sleep.
26-year-old Hleb Kudryashov remembers waking up and seeing a man in his bedroom. He asked “Who are you?”
The thief, who was later identified as 25-year-old Bogdan Denisov, replied: “I’m a ghost, go back to sleep.” Kudryashov did as he was told and dozed off.
In the morning, he discovered that his wallet, watch and cellphone have been stolen.
Detectives traced the cellphone to Denisov, and he was arrested.
Denisov is known to police from earlier burglaries he committed.
Denisov was charged with burglary.
