(Scroll down for video) Police officers in Florida, set up a drug bust, where they sold drugs to random people before arresting them.
Police officers in Putnam County, arrested 10 people after they agreed to buy drugs from undercover officers.
Anthony Andrew Williams of Hawthorne, was one of the men who bought drugs from the undercover officers around 10:00 p.m. on Friday night.
However, when officers attempted to arrest him, Williams allegedly began driving towards them “using his vehicle as a weapon,” police said.
Officers then began shooting at Williams, causing him to crash into a tree. He was rushed to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
During the shootout, officers also hit one of their own. Sgt. Robert Nelson was shot in the arm by his colleague. All four officers who were involved in the shooting death of Williams, were placed on administrative leave.
