Toyota Police said that they are investigating the incident that unfolded at the Nakayama Elementary School, in which a 12-year-old boy suffered a broken back.
According to the police investigation, the 42-year-old teacher who runs the basketball club at the school, kicked out the boy from the gym for bad behavior.
